Visa Credit Card Transfer Update

While your card account will remain with First Security Bank we are transferring the processing to a new provider effective 8/20/21.  There are new support phone numbers and URL’s for online access.  You will receive new cards, with shipments beginning 8/23/21. 


CardExisting cards will work after this transfer for a limited time.  New cards begin shipping to you on 8/23/21. There may be a couple weeks delay before you receive. Please activate your new cards as soon as they arrive.

IVR (Interactive Voice Response) – the support number to call for 24/7 access will change to 1-877-446-1798 effective 8/21/21.

Local Support numbers.  You can call your local Branch, Consumer Card Support @ 406-467-2531 or toll free @ 1-833-696-1956.

Online AccessAccess may not be available until you receive your new card.  We will update this message as needed. If existing cards/numbers will work please register them at otherwise you will need to wait until you receive your new card and register at that time.

ALERTS You will temporarily lose access to alerts. Any that you currently have will need to be set up again. We will post updates to this site to let you know when they will be available but anticipate that to be 9/15/21. These alerts can be transactional or related to changes that are made to your account.

Rewards – All points that you have available on your existing account will be transferred to our new program. Please log into and register your account. You may also call 1-866-502-2741

Fraud Monitoring – you will be provided fraud monitoring on your account. Initially you can get e-mail or voice mail notices. Text notices will be available soon.
