Shawn Bleile has been in banking since 1997, starting as a real estate loan processor. His years in the industry has allowed him to gain extensive experience ranging from operations, to ALCO and Board Reporting to Real Estate Mortgage lending and Analysis and Underwriting to his current position as a Commercial Relationship Manager. He has been with First Security Bank of Bozeman for 6 years with 4 years as a commercial lender and 2 as a Credit Analyst. Shawn is a graduate of Carroll College (1993) and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance and a minor in Public Administration.

Shawn enjoys listening to his customers talking about their businesses and relishes an opportunity to assist them in making decisions about their growth and overall stability in the form of banking products including loans.

 

When Shawn isn’t at work, you will see him spending time with his wife Lisa, and his two daughters, Hayden, a nurse in Great Falls and Addison a college student at MSU studying Mechanical Engineering and his springer spaniel Rocky.  The Bleile’s enjoy time golfing, camping, fishing, and vacationing to Lake Havasu, Arizona, and parts of Mexico.   Shawn and Lisa are diehard fans of the Montana State Bobcats spending fall and Winter watching football and basketball games.
