Here's Your Sign

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contestants will enter by submitting their answer in the comment section of the “Here's Your Sign” post. By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to the official rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements in the official rules. 

Only one entry, per post, is allowed per individual participating within this contest. 

Use of multiple accounts by the same individual to enter is prohibited and such multiple entries shall be invalid. User must post as themselves for their answers. 

FSB in its solitary judgment reserves the right to disqualify any individual that it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation or is otherwise in violation of these rules.

Eligibility:

This contest is open only to legal U.S. residents, over the age of 18 and to those within the FSB service area. For contact purposes, every entrant must follow First Security Bank via social media. FSB Employees, former employees, directors and officers of FSB, and their immediate families are not eligible to guess or win the "Here's Your Sign" contest. Odds of winning will be based on the number of guesses per “Here's Your Sign” post.

General:

FSB reserves the right to change the rules at any time without notice. 
If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, FSB reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest. In such event, no prize will be awarded.

Once contest is completed, every entry with the correct answer will be pooled together, a single winner will be picked at random. Winners will be notified on social media within 3 days of the winner determination date. Unless otherwise specified, the prize will be picked up at an FSB location or mailed. If mailed, FSB is not responsible for delay in delivery or for lost mail. Contest winners that will be picking up their prize at an FSB location can do so during regular banking hours.  Inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize:

1 total prize, consisting of $20 by way of prepaid VISA card, will be awarded, with the exception of holidays.

Use of contest information: 

All entries become the property of FSB. FSB reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including submissions provided by the contestants, for marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy Notice:

By participating in this contest, you agree that FSB can collect your personal information by form of Facebook Message to mail you your gift card, and that if we cannot collect the required data, you may not be eligible to participate in the Contest. Any personal contact information collected during the course of the competition by FSB will only be used for administering this contest.
