InTouch Reference Guide

Accessing InTouch

1. Call (406) 585-3801 or 1 (800) 555-3801 (continental U.S.)
2. Enter 1 for a touch tone phone or wait on the line for the switchboard.
3. Enter your SSN or TIN.
4. Enter your four digit Personal Identification Number (PIN).

InTouch will provide the information you request and give you the option of speaking with an account representative by pressing 0 or entering another menu option.

Important Information

  • During regular business hours, simply press "0" at any time to speak with a Customer Service Representative.
  • A touch-tone phone must be used.
  • Enter the # key after each entry or answer as required.
  • Dollar amounts are entered without decimals. $1,000.00 will be entered as 100000#.
  • To terminate your call enter # or hang up.
  • To return to the previous menu option press 8
  • To repeat the current menu option press 9

InTouch is "menu driven" and will walk you through each transaction. Once you are comfortable using InTouch you can skip ahead to your desired transaction.
